産婦人科　外来担当医表

午前：「産科」「婦人科」の別なく受付順に診察いたします。
担当表の◯は女性医師となります。
・初診の医師指名はできません。（初診は上級医師が対応するため）
・再診の女性医師指名は、平日12時までの枠で予約してください。12時半以降は女性医師指名をお受けできません。
・当日の診療、分娩状況等により、担当医が変わることがあります。
・医師の希望がある場合は、毎回産婦人科外来受付で申し出てください。
・特定の医師を希望された場合、待ち時間が長くなることをご了承ください。
・入院中は担当医希望は承っておりません。
・We do not accept requests for a doctor in charge for the first visit. ( Because the first visit is handled by a senior doctor)
・You must make an appointment by 12 o'clock on weekdays,if　you’d like to see a female doctor at a follow-up visit . You can see a doctor after 12:30pm,but you can’t select a doctor.
・ The outpatient doctor may change,depending on the condition of treatment, delivery, etc,
・Please apply at the obstetrics outpatient reception every time,if you have a doctor's request.
・Please note that the waiting time will be longer, if you request a specific doctor.
・We do not accept requests for a doctor in charge while you are in hospital.
